Acceptable Use Policy
This policy covers how you may use the service. What the renderer will and will not generate is a separate, more detailed matter — that is in the Content Policy.

1. Age and capacity
You must be at least 18 years old to use Somnique. The service is not designed for and is not offered to children. Accounts found to belong to a person under 18 are closed and their content deleted.
2. Legal and export restrictions
Somnique is a software service delivered over the internet. You may not access or use it, and you may not pay for it, if:
- You are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the service from a country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes that apply to this service.
- You are listed on, or majority-owned by anyone listed on, an applicable restricted-party or sanctions list.
- Using the service, or exporting or re-exporting its output, would breach export control law that applies to you.
- Generating or possessing synthetic video is unlawful where you are.
You are responsible for complying with the law where you are. Where local law imposes stricter rules than this policy, the stricter rules apply to you.
3. Account conduct
- Do not share your account so that several people draw on one monthly allowance.
- Do not resell, sublicense or rent access to the service itself. You may sell the films you make on a paid plan; you may not sell access to the generator.
- Do not automate, scrape or script the service, or try to get around allowance limits, queue positions or rate limits.
- Do not probe, scan, overload or attempt to break into the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use stolen or unauthorised payment details, and do not use the service to test whether a card works.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the models, the prompts, the safety checks or the provenance marking.
4. How you may use the films
On a paid plan, films you generate may be used commercially — published, monetised, modified and distributed. On the Free plan, output is for personal, non-commercial use only. In every case you must not:
- Remove, alter, obscure or strip the provenance metadata or the visible watermark.
- Present a film as a photograph, as a recording of real events, or as the work of a human artist.
- Use a film to deceive people about a real person, event, organisation or product.
- Use a film in political advertising, election material or state propaganda.
- Use a film in a way that harasses, defames or endangers anyone.
- Feed films from this service into a dataset used to train another AI model.
5. What the service will not generate
The renderer refuses sexual content, graphic violence, anything involving minors, identity documents and official records, real trademarks, imitation of living artists' personal styles, and likenesses of real identifiable people. Each of these is set out with the reasoning in the Content Policy, which forms part of this policy.
Somnique also does not interpret dreams and gives no psychological, emotional, medical or sleep-related guidance — requests of that kind are declined rather than answered.
6. Reporting a breach
If you find content generated here that breaks this policy, or a film of yourself or your work that should not exist, email support@tonyturmin.shop with a link or description. We review reports within one business day. Include enough detail to identify the material and, for a rights complaint, confirmation that you hold the right in question.
7. What happens when this policy is broken
Depending on what happened, we may refuse a render, remove content, warn you, suspend the account or close it. Serious breaches — anything involving minors, fraud, or material that endangers someone — result in immediate closure without refund and, where the law requires it, a report to the relevant authority.
If your account is suspended for something other than a serious breach, we refund the unused portion of the current paid period as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
