Delivery and Fulfilment Policy

Somnique is a digital service. Nothing is posted, shipped or physically delivered. This page sets out exactly what you receive, when, and what happens if it does not arrive.

Last updated 16 September 2026

1. What is delivered

Every completed film is delivered as:

  • One MP4 video file, 5 to 15 seconds long depending on the length you chose, in the orientation you chose (9:16 vertical or 16:9 landscape).
  • One cover frame as a still image file.
  • Signed machine-readable provenance metadata inside both files, declaring them as AI-generated.
  • On the Lucid plan, both the vertical and landscape crop of the same film.

Resolution follows your plan: 480p on Free, 720p on Drowsy, 1080p on Reverie and Lucid. Free plan films carry a visible watermark; paid plan films do not.

2. No physical goods, no shipping

Somnique never ships anything. There are no physical products, no postage, no delivery addresses and no shipping charges of any kind. Everything is delivered electronically inside your account and by download.

3. How delivery works

  • You write a description, approve a shot list, and submit the film for rendering.
  • The job enters a queue. Your position and progress are shown live on screen.
  • You may close the tab. Rendering continues and the finished film waits in your library.
  • When it is ready you can play it in the browser and download both the film and the cover frame.
  • A notification email is sent to your account address when a film finishes or fails.

4. Timing

Most films finish in three to eight minutes from submission. Longer films and busy periods take longer. Priority queue access on the Reverie and Lucid plans moves your job ahead of standard queue jobs.

If a film has not completed within two hours, treat it as failed: email support@tonyturmin.shop and we will return it to your allowance manually if the automatic process has not already done so.

5. When a render fails

A failed render never costs you a film. If a job fails at any stage, the film is returned to your monthly allowance automatically — usually within a minute — and you are told on screen and by email. The same applies if you cancel a job while it is still in the queue, and if the content checks refuse a description before rendering starts.

This is not a refund and needs no request, because nothing is charged per film: your plan fee buys a monthly allowance, and a failed job is put back into it.

6. How long files stay available

  • Freefiles stay in your library for 7 days.
  • Drowsyfiles stay in your library for 30 days.
  • Reveriefiles stay in your library for 90 days.
  • Lucidfiles stay in your library for 180 days.

After the retention window the film and its cover frame are deleted automatically and cannot be recovered. Download anything you want to keep. You can also delete a film yourself at any time, which removes it immediately.

7. Technical requirements

You need a current web browser and an internet connection. Films are standard MP4 (H.264) files and play on any modern phone, computer or television. There is nothing to install.

8. Availability restrictions

The service is available worldwide except where the law prevents it. See Acceptable Use for territorial and legal restrictions. Where the service cannot lawfully be provided to you, no plan is sold and no film is rendered.

9. If something is wrong with a delivery

Email support@tonyturmin.shop with the film reference from the result screen. Broken, truncated or missing files are re-rendered at no cost, or returned to your allowance, whichever you prefer. Refunds for service failure are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
