How billing works
- Every price on this page is quoted and charged in US dollars (USD).
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same calendar day each month until you cancel.
- You are charged the plan price only. There are no setup fees, no per-film surcharges and no usage overages — when the month's films are used up, rendering pauses until the plan renews.
- Unused films do not carry over into the following month.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged the difference for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Card details are entered on our payment provider's PCI DSS compliant form and are never stored on this site's servers.

Payment security
Checkout runs over HTTPS. Card details are entered directly on our payment provider's PCI DSS compliant hosted form and never touch this site's servers — we receive only a token and the last four digits for your receipts.

Billing questions
- Do I need a card to try it?
- No. The Free plan gives you one film per month at 5 seconds and 480p with a visible watermark, and it never asks for payment details.
- How does the monthly allowance work?
- Each paid plan includes a fixed number of finished films per calendar month — 12, 40 or 100. The count resets on your renewal date. Unused films do not roll over into the next month.
- What happens if a render fails?
- The film is returned to your allowance automatically, usually within a minute of the failure, and you are told on screen and by email. A failed render never consumes anything.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes. Cancel from your account page in one step. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep the remaining films in that period. Nothing renews after that.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- All prices on this site are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply its own conversion if your card is issued in another currency.
